To renew your asylum application certificate, normal procedure or accelerated procedure, you must make an appointment before coming to the Seine-Maritime prefecture in Rouen. To obtain an appointment, click here.

This service is exclusively reserved for asylum seekers in normal or accelerated procedure in the following situations :
- you wish to renew your attestation of asylum application which is about to expire;
- you wish to modify your certificate following a change of address;
- you wish to obtain a duplicate of your asylum application certificate, in case of loss or theft (declaration of loss or theft obligatory).
- You must make an appointment for each certificate to be renewed.
To make an appointment, you will need a valid e-mail address and your 10-digit identifier from your asylum application certificate (see below).
You can only make an appointment if you live in the districts of Rouen and Dieppe.
Where can I find my foreigner ID number to make an appointment?
The foreigner identification number is 10 digits long. It appears at the top of the certificate to be renewed:

Don't forget to bring your expired certificate, proof of residence dated less than 3 months and other necessary documents depending on your situation (acknowledgement of receipt from OFPRA, proof of appeal before the CNDA, etc.). Any incomplete application will be refused renewal.
